I had a great experience! Shipping was quick. My shoes came in with one of the little mirrors/rhinestones missing, so I emailed the company and got a response within a couple of hours. I received replacement pieces within a couple of days.

Very helpful! I needed a different size in the shoe and the staff ensured that I got it ASAP and even offered to pick up my first pair and deliver the new pair rather than me having to go through the mailing process again. Great customer service!
