Yes, they are. At Bridal Shoes Canada we take counterfeiting seriously. All of our products are guaranteed to be authentic, they come direct from the manufacturer, or the designer. We are listed on the stock list from the manufacturer or designer's website. Most WHITE or IVORY satin shoes that we carry in our store are dyeable. Silver, black or any other pre-colored shoes are NOT dyeable.
You will need to order the shoes in white color first, then go to our dyeing service to select the color that you wish to dye. If you don't see the color you like, you can always order "my swatch" and then send us your color swatch so we can match it. You can also use our "Try Now Dye Later" service to try the shoes first before have them dyed.
You might or might not cancel your order within 24 hours after it is placed. If the cancellation is approved by Bridal Shoes Canada, $10 plus tax handling fee will be applied.
If you find other online store has a better price (list price + shipping) and offers free return shipping label and no restocking fee on the same item for Canadian Address, we will be glad to match the price for you. The item must not be on sale and is from the authorized retailer. Please send us the link of the item and we will be happy to price match.(Note: Most U.S. online store does not include the shipping, duty, brokerage fee and taxes in the listing price. In order to match the price from U.S store, please provide the quote for the final price.)

We do not store your credit card information on our system and all personal and credit card information you provide to bridal shoes Canada is transferred over a secured and encrypted channel and restricted for internal office use only. Delivery And Returns

For standard service, it takes One to Two weeks to process your order and normally you should receive your order within 2 to 3 weeks after place your order. An email with tracking number will be sent to you once the order is shipped. Rush service is available for extra $4.99, the order is guaranteed to be delivered within 2 weeks. (Not Refundable)We ship from our warehouse via Canada Post. Business days for shipping and delivery are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays, within Canada. You will ONLY receive the tracking number once your order is shipped, you will be notified if there any delay on your order. Please only contact us regarding the status of your order if it has passed the timeframe of delivery service that you selected.
FREE SHIPPING to Major Canadian City for order is over $149 before tax . ( $9.99 flat shipping rate for order under $149). Expedited service is available for extra $4.99. Flat shipping rate $25 for U.S. order, $79 for international order and it includes all duty and tax. ( We only ship to U.S., Australia and New Zealand)

Yes, you can. Bridal Shoes Canada guarantees your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please email us at rma@bridalshoesca.com within 7 CALENDAR DAYs starts the date you receive the order to obtain RMA number (Return merchandise authorization) to process your EXCHANGE or RETURN request. We CAN NOT process any return or exchange after 7 CALENDAR Days once your order is received. Please make sure you provide your order number with the request. Please note that our customer service agent CAN NOT process the exchange and return request over the phone or return phone call regarding return or exchange, all the request MUST be submitted through email. The Exchange can be only made between different sizes on the same style and color, ONE exchange per order ONLY, Once the shoes are exchanged, they CAN NOT BE RETURNED.

To return your order for exchange, a FREE return shipping label will be emailed to you.

To return your order for refund, you will need to ship the shoes back at your own cost with 30 days starts the date that RMA number is issued to you. There will be $9.99 shipping charge deducted from your refund ONLY IF the "Free Shipping" was offered on your order. If there is any discount applied to the order, it will be revkoed if the order does not meet the discount requirment after the return. Shoes are returned after this 30 days window time, will be subjected 50% restocking fee. It is suggested that you return items using insured mail. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.

No Refund or Store Credit will be issued for shoes are returned without valid RMA number.

Shoes Dying Fee, Expedited Rush Service Fee and any Shipping Fee are not refundable

Only ADULT SHOES can be RETURNED or EXCHANGED. Dyed Shoes, Children's Shoes, shoes are from clearance section, Dyeing Service and accessories at Bridal Shoes Canada Store are FINAL - No exchange or return.
NO Restocking Fee for return of one pair of shoes or exchange, however 25% restocking will apply on Returns of 2 pair of Shoes. The restocking fee will apply to the total on your order invoice. Maximum 2 pair of shoes can be returned per order. This rule applies to multiple orders are placed under the same name or shipping address as well because those orders are considered as one order. Please note that, while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns in a month period may cause us to reject future orders from you.
We carefully check the items before they are shipped to you, however, in the mostly unlike event, if you receive damaged item, please email us at rma@bridalshoesca.com within 48 hours after receiving your order. The claim after this window time will NOT be processed regardless of any reason.

Please package the item(s) securely in the original boxes complete with all tissue paper and swatches, and send it back to us. DO NOT TAPE THE BOX CLOSED, WRITE ON OR STICK ANYTHING TO THE BOX - As we are unable to resell and they will be returned to you. Please do not use any shoe box as shipping box or they will be returned to you at your cost. It is your duty as a consumer to take reasonable care of the goods until they arrive with us - including the original box. The goods should be in good condition - without being scuffed / worn in / damaged / creased / marked goods. We suggest you remain indoors and on carpet while trying shoes on. Damaged goods may affect your refund. You will be reimbursed at the same day upon we receive the rerturned shoes, by the same payment method as they were originally purchased.

If you are not home on delivery, Canada Post will leave a notice card indicates where your package can be picked up. If you do not pick up before the date on the FINAL NOTICE, the package will be treated as unclaimed package and it will be returned to Bridal Shoes Canada by default. In this case, you will be subject 50% restocking fee. If you are not able to retrieve the package within Canada Post required timeframe, please contact Canada Post to have them hold the package for you until you are able to pick them up. If your package was returned by Canada Post due to the error on the shipping address which is NOT made by Bridal Shoes Canada, you will be charged $20 to have the package reshipped.
We do not offer direct exchange for U.S. and International order. If you want exchange, please simply return your current order and place a new order for the new item. We are unable to offer free return shipping for U.S. and International orders. We're unable to accept incoming parcels where duty or charges are due, so please ensure that you annotate "Returned Goods" on the outside of your parcel so that the carrier knows not to apply duty/tax or charges upon delivery to us. For this very reason, and because they only apply such charges in retrospect (after delivery), we do not accept parcels from FedEx or UPS, so please use your local postal office to ship the returned order.
