Bridal Shoes Canada

I did have a good experience with Bridal Shoes Canada. Their exchange policy and system is well done and convenient. However, it wasn't very clear that the return shipping label was an attachement in the email that I received. I thought it was already in the box when my shoes were mailed to me the first time. Therefore, I ended up paying the return shipping. I would suggest to clearly specify that "attached" means to the email, and that they must then download the document/return label.

I absolutely LOVE my shoes, the dyable shoes came out a great color...cant wait to wear them thanks!

The shoes I ordered are beautiful!! They arrived to my house very quickly. The shoes are very comfortable, however the only thing that bothers me is the fishing line under the straps (used to hold on the diamonds). It scratches my feet and is very irritating! I will have to put some tape under there or something soft to eliminate that. Would definitely order from this site again!

When my shoes arrived they were too big and color wasn't right so I sent email asking if I could exchange and they replied me right away said they have the color and the size I asked for and they gave me returning shipping label. I shipped the shoes the same day and received the other ones 4 days later. I sent them lots of emails asking questions and they answered me quickly and nicely everytime. Thank you for your great service! I will recommend anybody to buy wedding shoes from them.

Just purchased dyed shoes and clearly your color online color palette needs improving. I ordered amber green. On screen the color displayed a deeper green which is what I was after but I got a kelly green. I purchased from your site because I was after a specific color and only determined I could get this with a dyed shoe. The shoe itself was fine just the color match from your palette in comparison with the shoe I received, was a noticeable marked difference.

Just purchased the Benjamin Adams "Charlize" and all I have to say is "wow"! I have been looking for the perfect pair of heels for my wedding and have looked all over. I was nervous about buying online becasue I have never tried on or even seen the shoes. They are exactly as you described them and fit perfect (true to size). They are even comfortable for being a 41/4 inch heel!! Thank you for your super fast delivery for this out of province purchase. Pefect for this picky bride:)

I ordered a pair of Benjamin Adams Olso in Silver. When I ordered them they were on back order and I live chatted with someone from there company who was able to tell me exactly when they would be in and an aprox on when they would be at my doorstep. They nailed it bang on to the day. I opened my very well packaged package to find the most beautiful, sparkly, authentic Benjamin Adams shoes. I love them!!!! They are perfect and I could not be happier with my purchase!!!!!

I was very hesitant to buy online but Bridal Shoes Canada had exactly what I was looking for (Allure Bridal - Coco) at the cheapest price. I am SO glad I ordered theses shoes, they are exactly as pictured, they are true to size, and were packaged beautifully (original Allure packaging, each shoes wrapped in satin bag)! I ordered late Thurs night after purchasing my Wedding Dress on Wed and I recieved my shoes on Tues. Super fast "regular" shipping, and I really love the email interac option.

Amazed with service! They didn't have my size right away so they offered to send me half a size up in the event that I had a dress fitting and then send the right size when available! I had a really hard time finding good quality bridal shoes until I came across Bridal Shoes Canada. The shoes arrived quickly and were in perfect condition. I had a bit of trouble with sizing, so I ended up having to exchange my shoes a couple of times, but the team made it VERY easy and bent over backwards to help me and make sure that I had the right shoes, in the right size before my dress fitting. Their communication was exfeptional. I would highly recommend this company to everyone- incredible customer service!

I had a great experience with the website. It was easy to use and the my shoes were delivered within a week. However, I was a little worried when the sticker labels on the shoe were marked 8 when I ordered a size 6 1/2. But then I tried them on and realized that they fit perfectly and were in fact a size 6 1/2. So it worked out!

I got a call to say there would be a delay , and Jon delivered them himself to my place of work , an hour drive away. The shoes arrived quickly and were exactly what I ordered. The price was too high in comparison to what I could have purchased them for on an American website ($80 vs. $120 when our dollar is close to par). However these were the only 8.5 I could find online. If the prices were more reasonable, I would definitely recommend the website to others. Thank you.

U.S store price does not includes duty, tax and brokerage fee and they do not offer free shipping to Canada. We ship from Canada so there is no suprise charge on delivery and our shipping is free.
